Muffin Town was founded in 1978, by Jack Anderson, President and CEO. For over 30 years Jack and his family have built the company on hard work, integrity, and a "customer comes first," mentality. Jack's vision was to create a bakery commissary that would supply foodservice companies (schools, healthcare) with a consistent quality baked product.
Aesop's Bagels was purchased in 2001. Jack felt that Aesop's high quality bagel and their employee's commitment to customer satisfaction fit perfectly into the family of J.S.B. Industries' businesses.
In 2006 J.S.B. Industries added a new division to its family - Madeline's Cookies. This company was created in response to our customer's requests and a desire for a frozen ready-to-bake gourmet cookie that was delicious and cost efficient.
* Baking IInstructions
Place 18-20 cookies equally spaced on a standard baking pan. Preheat Oven. Baking time for Convection Oven: 300 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Baking time for Rack Oven: 340 degrees for 13-16 minutes. If cookies are not spread out enough allow them to thaw 30 minutes or reduce oven temperature by 10 to 25 degrees. If cookies are spreading too much increase oven temperature or make sure cookies are not thawed too much. Cookies will become firm during cooling.
